Please be advised: We can only accommodate bookings during our open season (1st April – 2nd November, 2025). If you wish to include the hire of the Gardeners' Bothy, this is available to book from Saturday 26th April, 2025 on weekends outside school holidays (subject to availability).

Total number of Seniors (60+yrs) @ £12.00 per person

Total number of Young Adults (13-16yrs) @ £10.50 per person

Total number of Juniors (7-12yrs) @ £10.50 per person

Total number of Children (2-6yrs) @ £8.50 per person

Include hire of the Gardeners Bothy for the day @ £150.00

Full day hire: 10:30 – 17:00. Is available on weekends outside school holidays (subject to availability). The hire of the Gardeners Bothy at £150.00 is an additional (optional) purchase for those hosts requiring an indoor space. Please be advised this fee is for dry hire only no inclusions other than Bowood providing party tablecloths and bunting (if required).

Additional Comments:

Advance admission payment for each party attendee is required for any special occasions group booking. Admissions includes access of the House, Gardens and Pleasure Grounds, (including the Arboretum, Doric Temple, Cascade and Hermits Cave). Access to the Walled Garden is available from 12:00-16:30. Children also have access to The Adventure Playground (for 12yrs and under) and The Den (for 7yrs and under).
