We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the Bowood management team here at our resort in Wiltshire.
Working with our Executive Head Chef, the successful candidate will inspire a talented kitchen brigade to deliver two-Rosette standard cuisine, with ambitions to raise the bar even further.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a multi-outlet kitchen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and motivate the team. A solid understanding of due diligence, food safety, and health and safety regulations is also essential.
