Coarse Fishing

We offer a limited number of permits each year for anglers to fish on Bowood Lake. Dotted around the lake, there are 24 stages to fish from, each nestled in parkland landscaped by Capability Brown. The lake is well-stocked with bream, roach, tench, golden rudd, and perch.

Trout Fishing

Calstone is a chalk stream lake at the source of the River Marden. Its crystal-clear waters and idyllic spot are perfect for trout fishing. We offer a limited number of syndicate members the chance to fish for rainbow and brown trout throughout the year.

Bowood offers a stunning six-mile route through diverse woodland and grassy parkland, with plenty of space to canter and jump. We offer a limited number of annual permits to riders looking for a beautiful spot to hack.
